A research team from Skoltech, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, N.M. Emanuel Institute of Biochemical Physics RAS, and other scientific organizations has studied the effect of various types of defects on the mechanical behavior of lead telluride (PbTe)-based thermoelectric material.
